Wanted to find some time to blog about many things, its just that there are too many things yet too little time for me to do so.

So using my off day today to pen down some thoughts.

Been in Frasers for about 3 months of so. Other than all the learning that my colleagues had taught me, I've learnt and still learning to build up my confidence level. As most of the time I'm attached to different CRE, their method and the things they taught me are different. Some taught me how to answer guest's enquires in a proper way, some taught me how to answer telephone calls in a proper way, some taught me the technical work of it and some taught me proper etiquette of dressings.

When I was first attached to the Front Desk, my confidence level was really tiny-winy. I have to be prompted and alerted on how I should be answering enquiries either on phone on in person. But throughout these few weeks of learning and observing from my colleagues, I catch up pretty fast though no perfection.

I treasure the time spent at Fraser till now and the new friends made too, coz its a new friendship that had developed between us (:

Right before I end this post, I really appreciate what I have now.

Thank GOD for you, for having my family and friends with me through these tough time. These people make me see and help me see through many things in my life. I will keep all these precious in my heart <3
